He added, during his sponsorship of the graduation of participants in the economic empowerment project for women, “For you, we are working,” which came with the support of the General Federation of Associations on the sidelines of the Solidarity Day, that His Majesty continuously instructs the provision of humanitarian, medical, and in-kind aid and the sending of field hospitals, indicating that the Union provided support to the people in Gaza in the amount of twenty Thousand dinars .

He pointed out that the General Union is keen to strengthen the role of associations to bring about development, involve them in the activities and events organized by the unions, and direct them to present studies and projects to enhance their work mechanisms in a way that reflects positively on the local community, indicating that the Union is a national institution that always seeks to work in partnership with various institutions and entities.

He said that the Jordan Nashmiyat Charitable Association was supported according to the foundations and standards approved by the Federation, with the aim of empowering women with many skills in order to improve their economic level and enhance their abilities to establish purposeful projects.

The head of the Jordanian Nashmiyat Association, former MP Dr. Rudeina Al-Ati, said that what Gaza is being exposed to is a war of human genocide that has exceeded international norms, conventions and laws, praising His Majesty’s efforts and continuous follow-up to stop this war and to support and assist the people in Gaza.

She indicated that women were trained in a number of professions and handicrafts that contributed to enhancing their capabilities and experience that qualified them for the labor market.

The Director of Projects at the General Union, Shatha Qutaishat, said that the Union has provided support to five associations since the beginning of this year after they submitted project proposals whose goals are based on empowering women and enhancing their capabilities for the benefit and benefit of them and their families.
