Capacity Building Project for Charitable Societies

The General Union, in cooperation with the West Asia–North Africa Institute (WANA), implemented a training project to raise the efficiency of charitable societies in writing project proposals and advocacy, monitoring needs in public services in their communities, and focusing on priorities to find solutions with decision-makers.

• Funding body: the Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) / US-Middle East Partnership for Peace.
• Implementing body: the West Asia–North Africa Institute (WANA) and the General Union of Voluntary Societies.
• Number of beneficiaries: 25 charitable societies.
