Training of Trainers (TOT) Course

The Training of Trainers (TOT) course aims to qualify participants from charitable societies academically and in skills, and give them the practical experience needed to work as professional trainers in their fields. This training program addresses the psychological barriers a trainer faces at the start of their work and how to overcome them, and is distinguished by covering the tools and applications that help professional lecturers and trainers succeed in their work.
