The President of the General Union, Dr. Atef Odaibat, confirmed that this celebration of this occasion comes in appreciation of the efforts made by women in building their families and communities and a translation of the visions of the Hashemite leadership in supporting the role of Jordanian women and enabling them to participate actively in government decision-making and the importance of their position in society.

He pointed out that women are a major partner in the development process and have contributions in various prominent leadership and functional roles and positions in all sectors, indicating that the Union gives importance to women, empowering them and developing their skills and abilities for the benefit of their local communities.

He said, “The mother is the educator of generations, and she creates men of dignity and noble daughters of the nation, and she raises and teaches.”

He expressed his pride in the efforts made by male and female workers in the union and their great contribution to the achievements made by the union, as they achieved advanced positions in their fields of work.

During the ceremony, which was attended by the Vice President of the General Union of Charitable Societies, Ayyash Krishan, and the General Director of the Union and Lottery, Khalil Al Qubaisi, the honorees appreciated this initiative and the generous gesture from the Union, which is considered an incentive for more work and achievement that serves the public interest and the mission and goals of the Union.

At the end of the ceremony, Dr. Adibat honored the female employees with gifts of appreciation.
