The General Union of Charitable Societies, represented by its president, Amer Khawaldeh, participated in the opening ceremony of the regional office of the Human Development Fund in Jordan, held under the patronage of the Minister of Social Development, Wafaa Bani Mustafa.
The ceremony was attended by a number of dignitaries and members of parliament, as well as representatives of international organizations, civil society institutions, and the volunteer sector, underscoring the importance of strengthening partnerships and cooperation among various entities supporting humanitarian and development work.
The General Union of Charitable Societies' participation stems from its role in supporting charitable and volunteer work and enhancing cooperation with national and international institutions in a way that contributes to serving the community and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
