A delegation from the Federation of Charitable Societies, headed by the President of the General Federation, Amer Al-Khawaldeh, and attended by the Vice President of the General Federation and President of the Capital Federation, Attorney Dr. Barakat Barakat; the Treasurer of the General Federation and President of the Irbid Federation, Salah Al-Zoubi; and the former President of the General Federation, Dr. Abdullah Al-Khatib, carried out the visit as part of strengthening cooperation and exchanging expertise between federations across the Kingdom.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed a number of issues related to the development of charitable work and coordination mechanisms between federations in implementing development programs and initiatives. They also exchanged successful experiences in the areas of community empowerment, social care, and responding to the needs of the less fortunate.

Al-Khawaldeh highlighted the importance of intensifying efforts to build strategic partnerships between charitable societies and unifying efforts to serve the local community effectively and efficiently, especially in light of the difficult economic conditions facing some groups.

He explained that this visit is part of a series of coordination visits carried out by the Federation with the aim of strengthening collaborative work among the components of the charitable sector in the Kingdom.
