Charitable Societies: The King leads a national and humanitarian media biased towards just causes.

The Federation of Charitable Societies in Jordan affirmed that the meeting held by His Majesty King Abdullah II with a number of representatives of media institutions reflects his firm belief in media freedom and its national role in serving public issues.
In a statement issued on Thursday, Federation President Amer Al-Khawaldeh said that His Majesty's directives serve as a compass for media institutions to adhere to professionalism, confront rumors, and foster a culture of dialogue and constructive criticism.
He praised Jordan's steadfast positions on the Palestinian cause, particularly with regard to the ongoing support provided to the people of the Gaza Strip in light of the difficult humanitarian conditions they are experiencing. He emphasized that the efforts led by His Majesty in international forums and the relief and medical aid sent by the Jordanian Armed Forces reflect Jordan's deep commitment to supporting our Palestinian brothers, especially in Gaza, at the humanitarian and political levels.
He explained that His Majesty affirmed during the meeting that all Jordanians have never hesitated to provide assistance to their families and brothers in Palestine and Gaza, and that this is their approach and approach, rooted in their values and humanity. He noted that standing by the Palestinian people is a national duty.
