The Union of Charitable Societies is exploring the development of an electronic archiving system.

 

The General Union of Charitable Societies discussed developing and updating its electronic archiving system to improve work efficiency and expedite administrative procedures.

In a statement released Wednesday, the Union said it discussed several issues related to the archiving system during a meeting with Optimiza, a digital transformation company in Jordan. The discussions focused on finalizing the necessary technical modifications to the system to align with the Union's needs and enhance its effectiveness.

Union President Amer Khawaldeh stated that this collaboration aligns with the Union's commitment to digital transformation and modernizing its administrative structure, which will positively impact the services it provides to charitable societies across the country.

He emphasized the importance of developing electronic systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. He also noted that the Union seeks to build partnerships with private sector institutions, particularly in the fields of technology and digital transformation, to enhance institutional performance and achieve the highest levels of efficiency and transparency.

For her part, Hiba Miqdad, Product Line Manager in the company's Archiving Department, explained that work is underway to implement a series of technical updates to the system. These updates aim to ensure compliance with the Union's requirements, enhance the user experience, and develop mechanisms for electronic document storage and retrieval.

In turn, Mohammed Al-Barghouthi, Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, clarified that the technical team is reviewing all modifications to ensure their adherence to approved quality standards.

Abdullah Tabishat, Software Solutions Implementation Specialist, indicated that the implementation process is proceeding according to a specific timeline and in direct coordination with the Union's staff to guarantee the desired results.

During the meeting, which was attended by the Union's Director General, Khalil Al-Qubaisi, both parties agreed to monitor the implementation of the required modifications within a clear timeframe and to hold regular meetings to track progress and ensure the necessary integration of the archiving system.
