Amer Al-Khawaldeh, President of the General Union of Charitable Societies, participated in the celebration held by Ajloun National University to welcome new students for the new academic year. The ceremony was attended by university president Dr. Firas Firas, a number of college deans, faculty and administrative staff, and a group of students.
Al-Khawaldeh participated as one of the university's largest contributors. He was accompanied by members of the General Union's administrative body, Mahmoud Al-Haisa and Malki Bani Atta.
Al-Khawaldeh expressed his happiness at participating in this occasion, which represents a new beginning in students' educational journeys. He emphasized that young people are the pillars of development and builders of the future, and that empowering them academically and intellectually is an investment in the nation's renaissance.
He pointed out that the General Union of Charitable Societies is proud of its partnership with national universities in implementing community programs and initiatives aimed at serving students and youth and enhancing their role in volunteer and community work.
